This will allow you to use our services whenever you like:

£23 per hour worked. Charges are to the nearest 15 minutes.

Transcription

Digital dictation should be sent in .WAV format - simple system all you need is a phone!

Tapes can be collected if local

Charge: £1 per minute of recorded information

Retainer Packages

Purchased in advance each month for regular services

	10 hours per month - £210
	20 hours per month - £400
	30 hours per month - £540

Projects / Events

For assistance on a specific project or event a quotation will be provided once requirements have been fully discussed.

Additional Costs

General office supplies such as paper and envelopes are included in the rates quoted above, this also includes short phone calls to UK landlines and mobiles made at client request.

Additional costs such as postage, travel expenses and longer telephone calls (over 2 minutes) will be charged at cost. Expenses incurred for specific projects eg. binding, colour copies, mail shots etc will be charged at cost.

If attendance by VA TimeSmart is required at your office*, meetings or events travelling time will be charged at £10 per hour plus train fare or mileage at 40 pence per mile.
